455 County Road 520, Marlboro Township, NJ 07746
When my family opened our first martial arts school, over 30 years ago, we made a commitment to our community in Marlboro to create an enjoyable environment for students to improve their fitness, while building the confidence they can carry into their everyday lives.
We offer martial arts, self-defense, fitness, and leadership training for students ages 3 and older and are proud to be part of the American Taekwondo Association. The ATA age-specific curriculum teaches students martial arts and modern self-defense along with life skills that will help them to be successful at home, school, and work throughout their lives. Our students work hard, have fun, and may even make some new friends on the way to earning their black belt.

The country’s largest martial arts organization.
130,000 active members and over 1 million students trained since 1969.
Each instructor has passed an intensive certification process based on 40 years of tradition, research and development.
Songahm Taekwondo is the style of martial arts practiced by ATA Martial Arts students.
The journey from White Belt to Black Belt (10 belts total) is one of incremental learning and skill development that students of any age any fitness level can embark on.
It is our goal to inspire strength, discipline, confidence and focus in our students, to help them discover the leader that is within them. I believe every child has the potential to be a leader, they just need someone to believe in them. As a parent myself, I understand the challenges of raising a confident and focused child in an age where there are more distractions than ever.
One of the most fun parts of martial arts training is the ability to test your skills by competing in a tournament. Tournaments are not only fun for competitors, but they also become a great social experience for parents as well! There are currently 130,000 ATA Martial Arts members worldwide. ATA Martial Arts students compete in local tournaments against other ATA schools, advancing from District levels, to State levels, to a yearly Spring National competition in Las Vegas, NV. The competition winners gather at the ATA World Expo Tournament in Little Rock, AR in the summer, competing against finalists from all over the planet in one of largest martial arts competitions in the world.
